FIRST VISIT

The doctors of Wellness Concepts Clinic, LLC do NOT make every new patients go through expensive X-rays, labs, or costly physical exams. However, these labs may be suggested to you to figure out your underlying illness or source of pain.

You will be responsible for the additional charges that are associated with this type of testing. The charges will be due at the time of service.

Once greeted by our friendly staff, you have a brief health history form to fill out.

The doctors review your form to make sure it is safe for them to work on you.

Most of the time, you are given care the same day and are on your way to feeling better.
